Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Clark, Partners PLLC (the “Firm”) is a Washington, DC law firm that specializes in counseling clients on campaign finance, election, nonprofit, lobbying disclosure, and governmental ethics laws. Our Firm’s partners have extensive experience with the Federal Election Campaign Act and Federal Election Commission rules and enforcement, successfully defending complex cases in connection with investigations and audits by the Commission, as well as similar matters in front of other governmental regulatory agencies. Our attorneys also have particular expertise advising clients who are managing nationwide campaigns and initiatives and require compliance advice and disclosure assistance in all states, as well as many local jurisdictions.

In addition to campaign finance representation, the Firm also advises on lobbying registration and disclosure under the Lobbying Disclosure Act and analogous state laws, as well as the ethics rules of the Office of Government Ethics, the United States Senate, and the House of Representatives, including gift, travel, and conflict of interest rules, including personal financial disclosure obligations. Our Firm assists in internal audits and investigations and regularly designs and implements internal compliance programs to meet the needs of our clients.
